The focus behind the NorthEast VIEW is to bring together Businesses, community programs, Education, Health, Safety, Food & Nutrition, Shopping, Entertainment, Support Groups, and Legal rights in the local surrounding North East area of Miami Dade and South Broward. Our vision is to use this as a vehicle to bring organizations of all sizes and shapes to work on preventing overlapping wasted resources. We all share in business a common challenge, that is to be able to reach more for less, with longevity so you can use the out of site out of mind concept.
This publication is here for only one reason, to share information about great sister Communities, Companies, and Non-profits working hard together to make a difference in all of our futures. We ask for your support and feedback for information that you think we should pay attention too and share with our local friends, and family. Our View is to pay it forward and use this publication to help make a difference in how we move forward in good beautiful, indifferent challenging times.

The NorthEast VIEW is the dream of two local entrepreneur who wanted to bring this community together with articles of local flavor. Our mission is to connect all the different business and community organizations with one goal in mind, the prosperity of this area we all call home or home away from home. Let’s face it, if the North East area flourishes, we will all reap the rewards of good business and a terrific way of life.
Gregg and I want to throw a challenge to you all - let’s put the differences aside and work together towards a brighter future. There will be challenges along the way, but by working together we’ll meet those challenges head on. Remember, a problem (I like to call it a challenge) is an opportunity in disguise.

LAURENZO'S
ITALIAN RESTAURANT
The Laurenzo family story began with the birth of Ben's father, Achilles Luarenzo in 1885, in a small town in the Province of Abruzzo..
Ben's mother, Estherina Cassella, was born in 1890 in Alvigano.
In 1909, Achilles and Estherina were married. The union was blessed with seven children, Eunice, Dorothy, Theodore, Isabelle, Achilles Jr., Benito, and Esther. Seeking to better the life of his family, Achilles went to work at the American Locomotive Company in Schenectady, New York. Rising to the position of shop foreman, it was there that Achilles worked for the U.S. war effort, building army tanks and locomotives.
Meanwhile, mother Estherina, attended night school, learned how to speak perfect English and became a competent successful real estate salesperson... <more>
